My own children are a little young yet, so I haven't fully explored Club Penguin or Webkinz, but I'm glad you mentioned them because I have no doubt they will be in my future and they are certainly the reality for many of our young students (and family members!). And I"m glad you have found facebook (and all the other SNS you have looked at) so useful...isn't Teacher Librarian Ning great?
